Great match up in my opinion. VW has the low end and NSX has the top. Have to get back across the border and organize a tie breaker.

Pretty good sounds from 230 whp. I figured it would be pretty close as the VW's have decent mid range tq with those chips.

at the end of the vid one of them is on the side of the road or something and a cop pulls up behind them.
Nice of you to add me to this list.
First off a couple of points:
1. The NSX is not a car to race from 20-80mph. What kind of **** is that? Over 60mph to 150mph is where the car performs.
2. In stock form, the GTI already isn't a slow car but with adjusted boost and torque, of course it is going to get the jump on the NSX at low speeds.
3. Once again, the NSX was never made out to be a drag car. It performs on the track which I will gladly challenge anyone in the mountains.
Not angry or sour. I had a great time (until the cops rolled up) but lets not paint a false picture here!
so what did the cops do
They couldn't do anything because they didn't witness or see us do anything wrong...
Right when we were going to take off for the tie breaker, he pulled in behind us.

The above is why this was such an anticipated race. The GTI has the low end the NSX has the top end. Interesting to see who is gonna get the last laugh on the tie breaker.

you gots its! sometime after collins gets off, we need a video car thats faster then us, or you can always bring ur man marshall out. he is always a good time...

Now, all you need is a DP and exhaust . Dont worry about adding other **** to it.. wont do much.. DP and exhaust and maybe a K&N will bring out more ponnies.. And then you will need to upgrade that ***** Ko4...
But for now, If you add DP( Your Next Biggest mod) and exhaust, You will give the NSX more of a fight and who knows, Maybe even beat it.. @ high end where it seems he's pulling you and not by much.

Thats what I was looking for in my question to her. Were those installed yet b/c that is a good hp increase across the band.
Well either way its a fun run and it really doesnt matter. Alex has elf shoes so maybe there is some magic dust in those things.
