Not really Mr. Misinformed. As long as you have enough fuel coming in and your tune is set-up properly a 200-250 shot can be ran all day long. Granted the motor will wear out faster but it is not guarenteed to blow like it would on a stock internal Import motor.LS1+200 Shot can only be found in a Junkyard
