A chipped 1.8t with tb will stay side by side with an s2k on the highway up untill 80+ then the s2k slowly pulls. I know this b/c I have race a few s2k's in my Jetta. If it was a vr6 I have no idea what those can dostock or with mods. I bet it was a 2.0 lol

One of the first races I had with an s2k was an ap2 I think(Like Bretts s2k). I was driving down to Florida and was on the road for about 5 hours. I see hids bouncing down the road hauling ass behind me. I was like ok its time to make this road trip a little more fun. Went from 5th to 3rd. Held in the clutch. Boost was built up. I just waited for the right timing. Here he comes right next to my rear about to fly past me. I poped that ****ing clutch and gunned that motha ******. I got his attn. We slowed down to abotu 35-40mph. I hung with him up to about 85-90. He slowly pulled from. We shut it down at about 125mph and he was a car lenght ahead of me.

Now at the track its a different story. lol

Ive got a 02 gti with boltons And Ive ran 2 s2000's and I have never lost to one. Its not even chipped just a clamped map sensor it made 204whp and around 260 ft/lbs and ran a 13.6 at 109mph.
