Thacker isn't here to race. Yes, he will keep you hanging on thinking he's going to race you, but in reality, he is just here to ruffle feathers. He isn't here to race anybody.

Hell, he was calling out mid to high 12 sec cars and won't even race me in my mid 14 sec truck.
