Nah, it's never is good with Rafa; he ALWAYS comes up with a poor excuse for delays, takes 45 minutes to re-negotiate a race AFTER it has already been agreed on, and then he loses and makes BS excuses again. Oh yeah, and he lies on other forums about what happened (gives up after there is evidence of BS, but still won't admit defeat).
Yeah, it could be good. Let's hope he realizes all this and gets over himself. He seemed ok when I first met him, but I soon realized that if anybody has something negative to say about Colombians....then they must have had some type of interaction with Rafa.
