First of off I am saying high 13 like 13.9 an that is b/c they cant drive, I been to the track many times, I know they can do it, I am on Chargerforumz.com also....many guys can hit 13.9 -14.2 depends on the weather,track,altitude, My mods aI rather not list , but this post needs to be deleted since this guy is no way near 12's .....thanks Joshua
