Got killed by a newer Turbo charged 3.0L BMW 335Ci....He was almost 2 car lengths out front when I ran out of 2nd gear. Just a little light to light run on satellite…. Cops are bad over there so I just quit after I ran through 2nd….

Yesterday though I was behind a stock 5.0 mustang w/ exhaust and we were on 20 in grayson going towards loganville. He dropped down a gear and punched it so I dropped down into 3rd and caught him pretty quickly. We finally got to Hwy 78 in loganville and was turning left. As we turned left he punched it….. So in 2nd gear I was turning left and punched it. The MR2 got sideways and instead of letting off the gas I just kept the wheels straight ahead and the car eventually straightend out and I passed the 5.0 before I even hit 3rd. I hit 85mph and let off and he was a good 6 or 7 cars back. I am only running 8lbs of boost. I used to have a 5.0 so I know how slow they are stock lol my 5.0 dynoed at 185hp at the wheels completely stock. And
with a stock rear diff…. he didn’t have a chance. Maybe if he had a 4.10 or 3.73 rear diff he coulda hung but he didn’t sooo….. yeah it was fun. Getting sideways was the funnest part
