this does not prove that much i know, but it does prove that 636's will ride up there with the 750's. the gap between a 750 and the 636 is never much

try finding a 06 750, they dropped alotta weight and havemore pwr than the 05s. n i see your point, but i personally have never seen a stock 636 trap over 127. and thats a good friend of mines who weighs about 160 and is a hell of a rider

the 750 ran in hawaii and the 636 ran in california with a very low density altitude bad comparison

Smart guy, I was wondering if somebody was going to pick up on that...

    Kawasaki ZX636 < Suzuki GSXR750

I've raced, and riden both.... hands down no comparison. I have a friend who ownes a new 750, and he said it's just as fast out on the highway as his 954. I think he might be stretching it a little, but the 750 defiantly is no joke.

from a 70 kick a new 750 will prob pull a 954 if not be side by side, the 954 has a huge tq adv. it really helps them down low

the new 750 is way lighter, but my 636 is a 05 so iam comparing to an 05 750. a 750 is faster than a 636, but not by much. and about the comparison, sorry had to find something real quick and that is all i could find. and i to think that your friend is stretching it with being as fast a 954 on the highway. he might be close but sorry i would prefer a 954 over a 636 or 750 any day. in my opinion one of the best bikes ever made. fast as fu(k and having a honda frame which means nothing breaks it. cant beat it.
i don't hate on gixxers but what is too light? too light having to worry that you might snap your frame when you hit a pothole. the new gixxers might be fast and light but i don't ever want something like that to happen to me
