He was losing power, running open downpipe? Do you have any facts to back up this statement? I strongly doubt it, lolol. It actually helps alittle, and if you pulled him by how much you said you did, im sure he was running stock open down pipe. Which would mean you were running/beat an almost stock STi, congrats!

The dude in the STi wanted to run for money in the beginning, so I too. Would have lied about my mods, why would you tell him all of your mods when money is involved? Either way, im sure this dude had just gotten his STi acouple days ago and thought is was super fast. With time he will learn and gain knowledge of what he has under his control. BlackIX isn't a tool, sure it seemed like it. But I do that all time, nothing wrong with it. Alot of Evo drivers do it, thats why I do it against them.

Lolol. Thats why I haven't lost to any of them near my level. Even if they have alittle bit more than I do...
