When the motor is finished it should be a 4.2L @ 15psi + 35 wetshot.

well the past times has been a guy named Doug Lewis (NEVER GO TO HIM!!) he owns Ford Performance Source near Six Flags. my car has popped a few times after he has tuned it. I was going to go to MPH but i'm gonna go with my boy's (goinfasterthanu) suggestion with a fella named Ed at Balanced Engineering. tunes SCCA cars and almost anything else.
