Oh the GS. That was like give or take 6 cars by 125 from his speed. I'm not looking to race his C6..thats out of the question. Even with a C.F S/C at 8lbs I'd be hard pressed to beat that on pump. I'm looking for this porsche thats hungry to beat me.

Are you being sarcastic I can't tell? Its a stock E36 M3, purpose built for road racing, and time trial. Does racing the vette qualify? I believe I made the call out stating Porsche , dig race only or else who cares.

Lol I think its funny I posted dig race only with intentions of racing a RWD car. I really don't have much interest to get whooped by an AWD car out of the whole.. only to not catch up to all the boost once we get going. Driver's race is what i'm looking for. 1. i took no offense, i would of gotten a 6spd but with my driving record insurance won't cover me on a 6spd vette till feb. of '09

2. if he decides to sell it to us, which it seems that he is backing away(he is probably going to die in the next five years because of his health) and he probably just wants to enjoy it for a little while longer

3. if i get it in the near future, i would love to do a little run in with ya. but you just gotta give me a little time to get used to it (week or so)

4. are you sure its lighter since its convertable?

Tell me about it. It turns well though. 1:44 time is no slouch on R.A, given you can drive it that fast and on the edge of everything on every corner. Similar to a C5 on Hoosiers. The C5z's I see typically do in the 1:41-1:42 area.
