And i was talking about ppl that roll up on the street and want to run when i have no idea who they are and the have no idea what my car really is.

I can remember so many times on 316 i have pulled on katz and they be like *WTF dUde what is that smell coming out the car* and they have no idea what they were into!! YEs my car is league's under your's but me suppose to being cocky

Far from it and if i felt like paying the 340 a month on insurance i would have did so and got a evo but i wanted cheap power and that is what the srt4 gave me even thoe i put more $ than i wanted 2.

Jay, if you can brake boost the right way when you race Dustin(BlackIX) it should be a very close race. Thats the kind of run that will come up to whos a better driver. Billy, how big of a diffrence was Dustin's run from mine?

mine and dustin's run was a d@mn good one. it was hard to see on the tiny lcd screen of the camera, but we did 2 pulls... one in his sweet spot and one in mine. the first run was 40-120ish... d honks... d pulls about a car off the jump. i'm playing catchup by now, but the funny thing is i get back up to him and we're like dead even when we have to shut down due to traffic we were approaching. the 2nd run was 70-130ish... i pulled about a half car off the jump, d got into his power band, came back even with me, then nearing the shut down i had him by about a fender. d@mn close races!!! good run dustin! hurry up and get that vid posted!

LOL OH YEAH!!! i found out something else today... according to the sticker on my door jamb, my car actually weighs 4491lbs!!!

i'm not sure if thats entirely accurate... i'll just have to weigh it when i go to the track.

Naw i think dustin got it for sure. Jay only has intake and tbe. Dustin has more than that and he should be right around 330whp give or take

I will be helping Jay out with something that should give him a small boost, tomorrow maybe. If dustin is down, and jay. Jay can run him first and then I will.

From what I read from collins post, dustin isn't all the quick. Unless they ran before he got his car flashed. We can set this up when ever he's down. Im sure jay won't back down.

i estimate dustin's right around the 300-310whp mark... here's why:

stock ls2's dyno around 345ish to the tires on average... plus intake and exhaust, maybe 360ish (plus or minus a few). now... with dustin and i, we may as well call us dead even, because there wasnt much pulling on either side. i mean it was REAL close. now even if my car weighed the 3700 lbs, if dustin was only at a 30whp disadvantage, he should've pulled away from me by about a car to car and a half. he didnt.... so i think its more like the 300ish mark.

well thats where the difference was... off the jump i got just a little bit... then it was even.... then over 100 i started to INCH away.... but just barely. that was the 70 kick.

the 40 kick ended early due to traffic

How the hell are you gonna tell me what his car should be making??? every car is different with power. Have you ever heard about efficiency? (sp) I guess not... Dustin has intake, tbe, boost controller, o2 housing, and a flash. With all those mods he should be atleast 330whp so before you try and correct me about what an evo should be making do your homework
