Your all about beating up on a cam only c6 making only 410HP, but when you think you might lose you don't wanna run . I knew I would get beat by the SC viper but hell I still raced. The ricers can jump on anytime but I surely wouldnt be bragging about beating a car by a fender........if he ran away from me then I would understand.

Uh oh let me not forget I jumped out on that last race.....i got a whole 12" jump on the nitrous wonder and it took him till 115 from 60 to make it up and pass me by 3 more feet.

I dont care to make excuses from the last race but Matt has called me out. Vararam, the intake I have, had a mold issue on the LS2 motors. This issue would cause the intake at the MAF to pop off leaving the MAF open to all open air and more so HOT ENGINE AIR from the radiator. I noticed this the following morning, but never cared to make excuses for getting beat. So yes I made less than whats posted in my sig, and as of todays oil change I am making the indicated #'s below. LSX motors pull tons of timing in hot weather climate so definately made a difference in my power that night.

well lets put it this way, your car being the weight it is and less aerodynamic, your gonna hafta have 550rwhp to keep up with matt, and i know theres no way your makin near that, i saw in another thread you posted you wanted to make over 400 with spray. and most of the fi new v6 are makin 350-375whp. am i completly wrong?

First off B I didnt NEED to take a passenger to vid as I had an in car camera mounted. Sad part is that that was the first night I set it up and the camera was mounted behind me. When we got on the highway I turned it "on" and then when we finished the second time I turned it "off." As we pulled back into the lot and I was reviewing the tape, expecting the BS to start flying, I then realized I turned the camera on the first time and started recording the second time.

So what I had recorded was use cruising back south on the hwy from the second run.


To your 2nd comment of a 1.5car jump.............BULL $HIT! There were two cars that followed us and if they are on this board than can attest it was no where near that. It was a foot if anything. From what I see on the vid in this thread and other vidz you are in you always seem to jump out a .5 or more. I also noticed thru other vidz and kill postings that you ALWAYS have an excuse...........even if you win you have an excuse.

Was this at Commerce during the Snap on event? If this race was down the track I wouldnt put much faith into that outcome. I could have run better 60' times than him in my Mazda 3.

im just going by what he said. I asked if it was boosted (he had a few gauges) he said no it was stroked. I told him mine was a v6...and he was in shock....i think he cried afterwards. lol. maybe he was just a bad driver. BTW it was a C5 Z06...I raced a C6 Z06 saturday night...ewww weee...I gotton raped. what happened to your clutch? I've got 60k on mine with over 100 drag passes and last sat i used slicks for the 1st time and it engaged perfectly. If you go to the meet tomorrow you'll see that it is no sleeper.
