    198plus and Marshall.... we can run on the 30th. I'll be out again that weekend. My car isn't any faster but it's all in fun. I'll run anyone. It doesn't matter to me. I'm perfectly fine knowing I'm not the fastest.

    Impressive but not really. "for durability testing we did nearly 100 DYNO pulls."

    thats not durability testing thats a dyno queen. Not to mention for $16000 bucks it would still be side by side with a bottlefed cam only C6 with the right driver.:idb:

    you should know weight doesnt matter as much when it comes to roll racing...and 650 rwhp is 650 rwhp...you would get RAPED by anything making over 550 to the wheels is my guess..unless u steped up the nitrous shot by quite a bit lol..hell my car traped 131 with close to 600rwhp. I doubt you are anywhere near 130 traps

    Just figured I'd stirr up some shit a little, but 650RWHP is not the same on everycar, sorry to ruin your parade. Weight does matter a lot even on a roll start unless you're talking about small weight differences. And there is a lot that is affected by gear ratios, even the same gear ratios on different cars are different because of the vehicle's efficiency....

    Ok, then a bottlefed and otherwise stock $8000 Hayabusa with only 1.3 liters will leave that bottlefed C6 from ANY speed. You can always build something cheaper and faster.

    But is there another NORMALLY ASPIRATED, STOCK INTERNAL engine under 4 liters that can make over 600whp with a bolt-on turbo kit, nitrous, supercharger, etc? The only ones I know of that come close to 600whp are the n/a '84-'89 Porsche 911 and some of the '93-up n/a Supra/IS300/SC300 cars. There may be a few others, but none are domestics that I know of.

    You have to admit it's impressive. It's only a 3.2 vs the 6.0 LS2.
    And the M3 is over $50k to begin with, came out in 2001, and there's not much available for the car yet........the small block Chevy at 5.7 liters (or more, depending on which one we're talking about) has been around since 1955, and the LS1 came out in 1997.
    It will take a little more time but don't worry, it will only cost about 1/3 of that $16k to get over 600whp from that M3.

    if weight didnt matter than my 1800lb NA CRX with 240whp wouldnt have walked GGPIS3 who was making 300whp/300TQ in his IS300 turbo

    I can't remember but I think a 200lbs person is a 1/2-1 car difference in a roll race. I think a few people tested this theory. A 600lbs difference from one car to another is huge.

    If my memory is correct, I want to say Lankhoss also tested this with his Z06 and Ricks Cobra.

    U really think i am going to pay $ 16000 for a turbo kit ? hehee My turbo kit will cost me around $ 5000 - 6000 $ 7000 max put me over 600 rwhp.

    Well.... weight makes a big diff.... i don't know when i was making 400 rwhp and spraying in second gear . i traped 118 i think now with my new mods and light weight i should be close to 130 .... but maybe not

    u remember when i raced khan in his cobra he was making 470 rwhp and i was making like 400 on my old setup i still kinda raped him .... so i dont know i think weight does matter .....

    His C6 has no bottle on it. Its all motor. I just put the cam in that thing not long ago so I know there is no bottle on it. I just was under the hood a couple of days ago and no nitrous.
