Oh, BTW do a 60 pull w/ Vettes (it should be a 2nd gear low RPM for them) instead of 40 which is still 1st

60 is a nice speed for a vette in 2nd.

Depends on how bad the spin is. In some cars, once it starts going...you just can't get it back. It also seems like higher horsepower cars have a harder ime recovering from a spin, too.

(I know you're being sarcatic, but some cars just don't have a chance hooking)

I know a Honda's gearing will go to 150. My only chance of winning is going to at least 140. You weigh 700lbs less and make about the same power.

I could feather that car all day. Hook for a second and then start spinning once boost built up again.

i would go from a 70 roll with a vette, they dont seem to pull as hard from there. but it doesent really matter, all vettes are top-end beasts

That's not that far off from 60, which isn't a bad speed for one. I think it'd be more in it's sweet spot there.

Hey man, sorry it hasn't happened with us yet. I'm not trying to avoid you, I swear...I've just got a lot going on and don't normally plan out runs in advance. I usually just show up from time to time, and if someone is there who wants to run me we'll go.

Literally, every week I have someone calling and saying they'll buy my car. So for the last 4 weekends, I have thought I was going to sell it. I have a guy right now claiming he wants to buy it by the middle of next week, so we'll see. If I still have the car next weekend AND I'm in GA (I will be staying in Florida a lot in the near future), I'll head out and give you a run.

OK ok ok ok.....I gotta come out to this. If 40-150 is the race I am there. I have a fighting chance with a race set like this.

Andy has the major weight advantage regardless, but I sure would like a run from 40-150 vs. the 60-120 we did before. I got alot more gear and alot more room to catch up or at least close the gap. I would like to get a run with the Neon, Chad, as well. I saw the vid vs the Z06 but didnt think it was spraying?

Either way I am in and I too think we should organize another "invite only" meeting.
