    i was talking about bmoorez28.....when im standing on the curb by the black camaro and the flaggers arms are still down and the kid in the white car looks at me and i have to tell him to go and he chases...now thats sad...and there was a couple of witnesses to that

    i just want to know where the rule book on street racing is?????

    Well if i was racing someone and they honesty didn't go. I would do it again i don't want there money that way. I would really want to know if my car was faster. Now if they noosed a little that may be another thing but you no if you gave him a fair race or not. If you are trying to cut a light on the street that dosnt work go to the drag strip and then see who's waiting on christmas. Now thats my rule book for whats it's worth
