400 whp with similar torque is enough to run deep in the 11's with a decent-hooking combo. The problem is MPH... Most runs these days are roll-races, so a good 60' isnt going to help. I agree, in a drag race, a properly setup f-body with 400 whp and similiar tq would romp most people on this board. HP doesn't mean shit because everyone's dyno reads different. I know of one dyno at shop that reads just ridiculous high about 40RWHP off and torq curve is crazy but it doesn't matter because they get drug every weekend and it proves it. The guy obviously isn't a cop and wants to race so someone step up and race him instead of calling him slow.
