the guy is not a cop...he is just new. He just got the 00 TA. 400rwhp wont beat everyone here but it will beat the majority on the site so he can talk some smack. Majority is 51% and there are a LOT of cars slower than a 400rwhp fbody on here. Problem is, I doubt he realizes how fast the import world has gotten in the last few years. They arent all slow.
