    With 400 to the tires in a 96 Trans am then you would get walked by alot of cars on here. Your car weighs about 3600 + driver. LT1's are suck ass motors for sure.

    Lt1's are junk and are a pain in ass motor. The optisparks suck major ass on them but with enough cubes and a D1 or F1 procharger I guess it can be fast just not a fan of them after working on them so long. Just don't like the motor itself. You can make ANYTHING fast its just harder to do with some such as the Lt1 motors.
