it's one thing if it's a track car, but if it's something street driven fairly regularly ... that's ridiculous. I can get my car up to 450rwhp easily and still drive it 50-100k+ miles even beating the crap out of it on occasion.

can't argue with logic, man besides, all it takes for him to win, at that point, is another bolt-on. Though I give some respect, the TT 350z is certainly a fast car! handles really well i'm sure!
My car makes 500+whp on 93 pump gas, but on race gas its another story. Why would I limit myself in a race against another car by only using pump though? Why would anybody for that matter?

I could use 100 octane pump and bump the power up even more if I really wanted to.

All it takes is a little bump in boost/timing and it covers that "another bolt-on".

How would it not be reliable though? Revving the crap out of the motor will kill it faster than using higher octane.
