C5R block is $6000 and it's not sleeved. The LS2/LSX 427 (Darton) is dry sleeved... This should be a no brainer... I'm a Ford guy too! damn... I'd be happy with either one the C5R is @ 25tq more than the LS2 strokers being built now. Katech is also building the LS2 427 Strokers. But I've talked with a few tuners and some have problems with the Darton blocks. But if you're going to get the LS2 block (1000-2000 depending) then have the Darton sleeve setup for another 1500-2000 why not and just fork out another 2k? you are building a $75k car, remember. Either way... I would trade all my Mustangs for this car.... all three may equal the power on this one vehicle*
