I know I'm too old school for most, but it seems the majority of this board tries to avoid the track like herpes.
I'd like to see this happen anywhere that ensures a clean start, a clean finish, traction and is a controlled emviroment(IE no side streets/traffic). SDR opens this weekend. Commerce in the next couple weeks. Hell Carolina is open now.

I mean hell, 1320' oughta be enough time/distance for anyone running 800+ horsepower to run down a lowly stock C6.... unless it's just a standing mile dyno queen.... in which case, from what I've seen, it sure fits in around here.

I would love to run you, but if I launch my car on tires I will break my output shaft and don't have the $$$$ to fix the vettes like the f-body's. Thats why I wanted to run from a roll not to really hurt my car much. I figure a 800RWHP supra could chase my car down 40-160 easy so I thought I would throw it out there since his car is so fast.So if you wanna run that 40-160 race I will take it. I doubt your stang is geared like that but Its a great dig car i'm sure. I think thats what mustangs were made for dig cars because thats where they win all there races not HP just traction.

I'm not getting into all this.. But I know for a fact that your Z06 has harden Half-shafts and just about everything is built in the rearend.... I know they won't break on the street... Del's car made more power with the same close ratio trans and the same 373 center and couldn't break the rearend.. and yes on slicks and it was dead hooking..

You should check out the g-force stuff for you t-56. I spent about $2000 on my cobra transmission, and its guaranteed to 900hp.

Sucks they will only garuntee it to 900hp, I guess Ill have to do without the warranty.
