there is an old hacking program i used to use when i had plans to conquer the world but those plans went under just like the economy lol but anyways google "OPHCRACK" and its going to be a ISO where you need to burn it onto a blank disc and just put it into the laptop and boot the laptop, it will be a live-CD so as soon as you turn on the computer and your CD drive is read, it will run and all you need to do is initialize the cracking process and in about 10-15 mins or maybe more depending on variables and length and algorithms, she should be able to log back in easily and it will show her password.
i might still have my old one laying around if youd like it if the process sounds scary lol
