I need a little help with internet and iTunes

Right now I'm using Mozilla Firefox. And for some reason it'll only work for that. I downloaded Google Chrome but for some reason I can't connect to the internet through that, only through Mozilla. And for iTunes, I can't connect to iTunes store or the radio. I've tried to make iTunes and Google the default and still wont work.

And another thing. Where can I get Microsoft Word?

Oh yea, And I can't get into Yahoo Messenger.

as for microsoft word, you would have to get an office cd, i have the latest version of microsoft office you can get for $20. as for your other problem.. sounds tricky, easiest option imo is to format your hard drive and reinstall a fresh copy of windows, also ensure that you get all the neccesary drivers for your computer prior to the format! that should take care of all your problems
