    Default Ubuntu 10.04 Beta 1

    Anybody else using the beta? Using the Kubuntu Netbook beta in a VM. Have to say its pretty impressive, i thought 9.10 was sweet, but this one is just insanely fast.

    I've been running the release version on my desktop at work since release day.

    A couple of apps you need:

    Ubuntu Tweak: http://ubuntu-tweak.com/ - This lets you easily tweak hidden settings, and install software that isn't installed by default.

    Global Menu: http://code.google.com/p/gnome2-globalmenu/ - This one is more of a personal preference.
