    To me the name sounds more like someone from Minnesota saying "iPod". magine the confusion in that state.

    "Mam, I wannah iPad for Christmas"

    "Okay san, a'll get you an iPad"

    -buys iPod-

    "No mam, nat an iPad, an iPad!"
