    Ummm... They are retard proof. If you aren't in to computers than go for the mac. Just like someone that isn't in to cars would buy a Prius rather than a Corvette...

    what ever you are getting the mac for i.e. business or school or even pleasure remember that mac, apple mostly everything is proprietary. Want a new keyboard, gotta buy a apple one. As for documents and stuff, i hear that it is par for the mac having the patch to read .doc files and such. My teacher is spsu has hard times with .doc files with a patch, so we have to either send it as a pdf or just copy and paste into a email
