So my friend found an Iphone. He cant locate the former owner so he's wondering if he can use the phone for his line with T-Mobile,even if the phone is registered with another carrier at the moment. If so, how can he get it to work?

My conscience kicked in. I called "mommy" in the contacts of the phone and left a voicemail asking for an address to send the phone too. I dunno, I'm in no way hurting for money. I can buy my own. I've had enough karma come my way.
