    are you just wanting to be service tech,customer service tech(desk help),or what exactly?i work in the IT field(CCIE,CEH,LPT,Linux,A+,and Net+ certified)and might be able to help you.if you're just wanting entry-level,then your best bet is to get an imternship somewhere.start from the ground and work your way up from that.i know of one company that pays their interns 15/hr.,but they want people who have some schooling,in school,or some certifications to show that they do know something to a degree.
