trouble with Internet Explorer 8

i just recently updated my explorer to 8 i was using 7 now its lagging like hell. and i have tried to delete the 8 program in the control panel but its not in there it wont even let me restore to a later point. dose anyone have any suggestion on how to downgrade back to 7. thanks

I have the address bar problem with Wx8. All the items aren't showing.

i work internet IT, ,we get so many calls about IE 8, run firefix or chrome. much better, or evem slimbrowser. IE 8 is buggy and the updates throw it off.
