okay easiest way possible.

make sure you dont have the itunes software(7.5-7.9)

click on the song you want as a ringtone

edit the song to 30 seconds

convert to ACC

click the song out from itunes to desktop

rename the format of the song(ie.. mp3,mp4 to "R") for ringtones

click on the song after you reformat, it will automatically pull up into your itunes and the SYNC
