SEMA Day 1

Ran into Alex and John from the AllStars today.
I got some picks of Billy Gibons (ZZ Top) will have to post later.
Sema is much bigger than I imagined. I'll be going early tomorrow to get better pics and I'll do a little posting then. Lots of great rides (all kinds) many I have never seen before. Overhauling's entire TV set is here and they did a show today. Most of our day was spent traveling so I expect tomorrow to be much better.

Holloween night in Vegas is pretty tight. Seen a lot of Pam Anderson & Kid Rock couples. Seems to be the theme, at least at the Hard Rock.

Will do and yes they treat the media well, I must say so. I did see Tracy (our local drift girl too) Actually she was on the same flight to Vegas.

I checked out the VW display and they had a guy playing guitar through the cars and it was killer. The guy was wailing on the guitar and that had the crowd going. We can't sleep so me and Steve are going to hit the Strip for early, early breakfast and a little walk about.

Steve met some importers from China that want to sell him some micro fiber towels (70,000). It was histerical because only one guy speaks English and Steve was looking for a 70/30 blend in what the towels are made of rather than the 80/20 blend that most are. It took him an hour to get that one point across becuase the guy thought he wanted 70X30 inch towels and he kept saying too big, too big. lol
