I have a 2002 Eclipse GT, and honestly I really like it but I definately would not buy this with intentions of making it performance oriented unless you plan on spending a lot of money. Everyone has their opinion about these cars, most hate them, but I like a few that I see on the street. Most of them I see just look stupid so I can understand why people don't like them. But I think it's a fun car to have, I've enjoyed it so far.
