20 an hour is cool man, but I used to make that and I dont see how someone can afford all that and buy a house. Not trying to be a dick, just saying.
well im also buying the house for my uncle so he can buy some property down south so im getting a cut and I have renters lined up!... oh and my credit is pretty good
