Default Who Makes Or Sells Polished E-Brake For Civic

Okay, I was finally able after an hour of cutting to get the Hard Plastic E-Brake cover off the car, The polished one my sponsor sent me I assume was a universal, But when I finally got the cover off, the Metal E-Brake itself is tubular but on the bottom has this best way I can describe is a pertruding thin line that pokes out so the cover I have doesnt slide over it, so who makes one for this odd ass shape Honda felt they had to do? lol
