I got into a discussion yesterday with a friend of mine, he just bought a '98 Lexus SC430. I'm telling him he needs to get new springs, a sway bar, new tires, then exhaust and chip it. But he's arguing that he needs to get new speakers, and tweeters, and a sub and amp. Needs to put 20s on it and so on.

Now I have to admit, I don't know a lot about cars, and thats the reason I joined IA. So that I could get good advice and help from people who know more than I do, for the most part. I told him I was gonna get you guys opinions, so what do you think?

If you had a budget to either upgrade your car's performance, or enhance it's perception, but not both, what would you do?

And dont curse me out for posting this in the wrong section, or not making it a poll because I dont know how damnit!
