unless you're wanting to spend money, best way to "clean up" an exhaust is with a saw. post a picture again and let me see what ur workin with

Best thing to do is take it to a reputable muffler shop and they'll be able to direct you. Me, personally I stick with full aftermarket systems such as Arkapovic, Leo Vince, Graves, Arrow......

My bike is loud as a motherfucker. If you want loud, modify your exhaust.

Yoshimura exhaust before and after. Price = free

    Loudness more than doubled.

sinfix: we have the same exhaust lol. mines just a tad bit longer than ur shorty tho. i mean it sounds great to me but i never heard it while someone else drives it. to me it just doesnt sound loud while riding. i think im just gonna stick with it till i can afford the header swap or something idk

^^^I mean if ur still runnin' ur cats and stock headers that's the logical, next thing to remove to increase the sounds, not so much improve tonal quality, but pure loudness yeah

My bike doesnt have cats so a muffler that short makes it sound like a motogp bike.

If you're looking for loud, your best bet is the Jardine GP1.

Theres a Muffler shop on Jimmy Carter name " A+ muffler and more" that can make you a "GP style" exhaust. My home boy got his exhaust done on his 08 Cbr600rr over there. They charged him 80 bucks.

You can do the same thing for $11 at Autozone. I did it with my old ZX6R. Hell, come over to my house and get the pipe.....GP style for free!
