Default wanted - experienced machine shop that knows hondas - north side, g'ville, cumming?

looking for an experienced machine shop that knows how to do honda engines.

looking to have a b18c bored, head rebuilt, rotating assembly balanced...

need to know what they are doing and be a quality shop.

north side, gainesville or cumming area...

    price and quality are important...

Any machine shop is going to do what you need done. As for machine work, it's pretty straight forward equally for all motors and the majority of the shops are well equipped for any motor from any make. Personally, I will always take my stuff to Chastain Engines here on the Southside for my work but that is preference. Just call around and get prices.

eh... i've had several machine shops in other parts of the country (moved around a lot) tell me they couldn't or wouldn't do hondas. and others were a local "avoid at all costs" because their work was that bad on imports, as they were used to v8's and such...

    any other suggestions?

I used to work at chastain engines years ago and I can personally tell you that they are more than capable of doing the necessary work on imports. Call batlground and maybe mainstream and see if they can direct you.

7704787780 is the number to the machine shop I used to work at in case you wanted to give them a buzz.

I dont know their prices, I have never had the need to get a price list from them. Give us a call at 770-319-9605 or email us at [email protected] if you would like to discuss pricing.
