    Default Saints @ Falcons...

Lolol. Need I say anything else?

    Score? Saints 45-10
    Brees? Probably 350+ yards
    Falcons offense? About 225 yards

This is going to be ugly in their own house. Later, QD.

Hey man, I have to be honest. I love the Falcons but they just haven't shown a reason to be too confident in them. I'm still rooting for them. Saints are just way too strong right now. Later, QD.

The Saints are doing an amazing job right now. Even if they would have lost yesterday I would have still stuck by them. Does make me happy they were able to win in overtime though. I will have the pleasure of being at this game. My first NFL game and my favorite team. I am soooo excited.

You are right. R&T will help out, but the defense will let the Saints have this one. Later, QD.

It's hard to believe anyways. lolol

The Saints have this wrapped up already. Their first string would have to die in a crash for the Falcons to win.

I really dont know what has happened with the falcons this season. Seems to me that after the cowboys game, it just gradually went down hill from there. the offense has been getting to these slow slow starts, injuries to key players, and that defense just seems to be losing steam.

I don't think the defense really ever had steam. It's been a bane of the team all year. Sucks to have a pretty decent offense be overshadowed by a lousy defense. Later, QD.

The offense is decent at most, but has been lacking those explosive, fast starts like we have seen earlier in the season(49ers game for example).

another deep threat down the field, and some stellar DB's should do the trick, and if norwood can stay healthy.

Basically the falcons are sort of like the saints last year. The falcons have some really good playmakers on offense just like the saints last year. The only problem was the lack of defense. If the falcons can pick up a few veteran defensive players, they could definitely do damage. The offense already does enough damage with the gonzales, turner, white. good game though. Both teams have always put up a good fight against each other regardless of how good each team was that year. Well except for 06

I haven't heard about Matt Ryan's or Turner's status for this game yet. But the o-line needs to do a better job in run situations, Jenkins needs to start being worth that 1st round draft pick and the defense will not see improvement until next year when they have a chance to get some guys in the draft and pick up some free agents. I'm just hoping they can go 9-7, 8-8.

Saints should dominate this game, it shouldn't be anywhere near as close as the last meeting was.

Turner will prolly be back for this game because he almost gave it a shot in the Eagles game. After watching the saints performance this past weekend, I have to wonder if they may be coming to the end of their rope also, they are as notorious as the cowboys when it comes to blowing a good season. They have already clenched the division also so I wouldnt be suprised to see a couple starters take a seat for this one.

Yeah they do give up a lot of good seasons these past few years, but I high doubt they are going to sit any starters. Main reason is because they need to win one more game to lock a bye week in the play offs. Then after that they have a chance to get home field advantage.

Mehh not quitee. They did play very bad, but this isn't the first game they had that came down to the wire. Well example was the miami game and the games before they played NE. I do have to admit that they got really lucky with that missed field goal, but after that they did what they had to do. Scored to tie it up and their defense stopped them from scoring to bring it in over time. This is going to be an interesting one. Im pretty sure ryan and turner will be back just to get a shot at knocking the saints off from winning all games.

the defense was actually looking pretty good around the beginning of the season, but really, the offense has not been as hot as it should. redman just sucks ass, ryan has been looking like shit compared to last season, and turner really has not been on compared to last season as well. I dont know what games some of you been watching, but our offense needs to pickup the pace and get out of these slow starts.

you lost your mind son, ryan and turner will make it look less ugly than if redman got the start. when teams force ryan out of the pocket, or the pocket begins to collapse around him, he really is not all that great than when he has time to set his feet, but he has time to work on that. turner has not been much of a factor. norwood is more of a key to me, but he is always hurt.

The offense has been good. But not as good as could/should be. They have an offensive front that has the potential to be on the top with the Saints. The defense, although better earlier this year has really been their worst enemy all year. Even the games that the offense won, the defense didn't show up that good.

You speak of Ryan. I remember last year when everyone was whooping and hollering over Ryan and his first accomplishments. Saying he was the next great QB. And I remember specifically saying that's BS. As much as I liked his QB prowess over Vick's (this isn't a Vick argument, lolol), I wasn't going to give him the benefit of the doubt that Brett Favre Jr. was looming on the horizon. I think he was a great QB last year because no one expected him to be. They've caught on this year and have really put him to the test. I still think he is a good QB and just a level below great, but he needs help and to mature more. He's now being pressured into making mistakes that rookie QBs make.

With that, I hope Atlanta keeps most of the their offensive core and spends time looking at the defensive side of the ball. Later, QD.

absolutely, teams have caught on to how ryan operates, his tendencies, etc. so do you think atlanta is done this year?

I'm 100% positive they don't make the playoffs. They have four games left...NO, NYJ, Buffalo and TB. They have a good chance with NYJ and Buffalo. There is NO reason that they should lose to TB. Of the two (Buffalo and NYJ), the Jets will give Atlanta a harder time.

They are 6-6 right now. I predict and end of season record at 8-8.

That's with or without Ryan and Turner. Later, QD.

man honestly, the way tampa bay almost stole it from us here at the dome, it would not surprise me if tampa gets the win over ATL.

I think we win 3 out of the next four but will that be enough to get us a wildcard slot?

    Couldn't put it any better.

and about ryan. The guy is still a good QB. Yeah he was doing a lot of great things last year that he isn't doing this year, but like QD said Ryan didn't have much attention because no one expected. In other words, he had nothing to lose. He wasn't like the first pick of the draft or anything so he didn't have much pressure placed on him (like one of the biggest bust jamarcus russell). Then all the things with the new coach and all crazy things going on, ryan just was able to play more relaxed last year. This season now, expectations couldn't get any higher. He has much more pressure to have a season like last year. He is a good QB, and he did a lot the rookie season last year. He isn't doing that great now, but I think its just gonna take time. Its only his second year and he still has many years ahead of him to learn.

I hate to compare it but ryans situation is kind of like mark sanchez situation. It is just a shorter span for mark. In the beginning of this season sanchez played pretty well. Then the media like espn kept saying that he was the next joe namath, and sanchez was playing like a veteran and all kind of crazy things. More attention was placed on him when they were 3-0 and ever since he hasnt been playing that great. Now he's just a rookie qb

With that being said. I say they miss wild card slot this season, but if they make some moves during the off season then they will have a good season next year.

all the falcons need is some stellar top notch DB's, and another significant deep threat on offense, and we should be great. if ATL does that, no reason why we should miss the playoffs, better yet, take it all the way to the NFC championship.

    Yes.

I doubt it will put them in the playoffs. You've got Dallas, Philadelphia, NY Giants and Green Bay all in front of them. That doesn't include the division leaders. Then you have Chicago, Carolina, San Fran and Seattle one game behind Atl. Later, QD.
