    Default Car wont start

    ok I have a 93 civic with a d15b7 and i just replaced the headgasket and wat not and now the car wont crank. I have ran over everywire every hose and its all in place. The car sounds like it wants to turn over but it wont fire up. I am getting spark and fuel i think its the timing but im not to sure can someone help me out please!!!!!

    timing belt is not in time maybe, put it to top dead center and re check...

    i have a car now that timing is set perfect got spark and feul but over a 40% variation from highest to lowest so not good. the bottom end is fucked.
