**** ATL Pho meet Part 2 Vol.13 April 25th ****

I know a bunch of people will be in town for Import Alliance spring meet on April the 25th so i figured i'll set up another Pho meet at the greatest pho spot in Atlanta.

Last meet we had over 25 presidents there!!!!

If you've never had Pho you are missing out nikka!!!!!


what is Pho???

Pho is a Vietnamese soup that is a staple of Vietnamese cuisine and culture. The word pho sounds close to the sound "phuh" to English speakers and the "ph" is said as the /f/ sound. Of course, in Vietnamese, the proper pronunciation must be said with the accurate fluctuation of high and low tones of voice. Many Vietnamese people eat pho for breakfast rather than as an evening meal. Pho can be made in more than 20 variations, but always has either a flavorful beef broth or a chicken broth bases. which goes well with any kind of meat, although beef is preffered. although well done beef can also be used if you want to make sure. Pho is made up of a combination of meat pieces [beef, chicken, etc.], meatballs, herbs, chilli [plain chilli or sauce], lemon/lime to give it the sweet and sour taste, hoison [a rich thick brown sauce], white rice noodle's, and a fantastic broth which takes hours to cook.
