Default Possible dumb question: Replacing exhaust manifold gasket?

I have recently sprung and exhaust leak on my 94 GSR and it is coming from the exhaust manifold where it meets the engine. Would you need to remove the exhaust manifold completely to replace the gasket?

unbolt the 2 bolts on bottom backside on the manifold. where it attachs to the engine by the cat. then unbolt bolts on the manifold. slide header back about 2" replace gasket done.
