Happens to me all the time dude. I have IBS, spastic colon, and I'm lactose intolerant. I know how it goes.
Wipe with tp and then a baby wipe cause your ass will get raw. And after you think you're finished, wipe, do 20 jumping jacks, wait a min, and sit back down. It'll bring the next wave quicker.
