    Default Need a party house end of October.

    Hey a buddy of mine is looking to throw a birthday/holloween party at the end of the month, he is willing to pay around $500 bucks for the night rental, we can also put down a cleaning deposit. We are expeting around 70-90 people to show up, so while it may be a large party we are clean and any mess that we make will clean up.

    If you have anything thats suitiable, or know any one who can help me out, lemme know, and if its just a refferal to somebody I can guarantee you VIP acceess and treatment at the party.

    If you are gonna drop $500, why not just rent a building or something. That way you won't get harassed by the police.

    We found one "organization" where we can rent a party house, but those bastards are charging $100 per hour. Its a fully furnished house though, and requires a deposit.

    A building is not a bad idea, but where, I looked a little cant find anything significant for that price range. Lemme know where I can rent a building and I will do that.

    You can rent out one of those house/condo's at lake lanier....Don't know if it would accmodate 90 people but we threw a kegger out there with about 50 people showing up.
