We found one "organization" where we can rent a party house, but those bastards are charging $100 per hour. Its a fully furnished house though, and requires a deposit.

A building is not a bad idea, but where, I looked a little cant find anything significant for that price range. Lemme know where I can rent a building and I will do that.
