    aight, so i've talked to a friend of mine with APD tonite.

    THEY(APD) havent recieved tasers for their department, so he referred me to FULTON SD who does. so i'm calling when i get off work 7am so i can get this started.....they dont mind guinea pigs, from what my homeboy said!!
