Comcast Question....

Just curious, I always see the comcast commercials advertising On Demand Features and a bunch show you can go to a GET LOCAL section on the on demand. I dont seem to have that option, Anyone know if you need to get a different box or somethin?

on demand such as where you can just select a bunch of movies with no charge?

Came with our standard box. On demand is cool. about 100 free movies every month, other stuff like workouts, speed tv has their own on demand stuff every month. You can even checkout new cars.

I got the small black one, it has the Local section or whatever but it usually seems vacant.

When I click the ON DEMAND button I get the Free Movies, Pay Movies, Featured Shows (Like the MTV On demand, etc) but I dont see anything that says get local.... I guess I will have to call Comcast and ask them WTF

I have everything Comcast offers and other than jobs or dealership or housing ads, they have nothing "local".

They are supposed to have local comedy club stand up nights, etc on there. I am the only house that Comcast serves that doesnt have this option I bet. All because I am white I bet.
