    Default Mazda Meet 1/27/08 - Tribble Mill Park

    OK, lets try again. Since the last meet had only 3 Mazdas, and some people are interested, let see if this time we can get more. Maybe 4?

    Sunday, 1/27/08 @ 2:00 PM Tribble Mill Park - parking lot by the lake.

    Come one Come all
    How to get there:
    I-85 North from Atlanta, to 316 North, Exit onto Hwy 120, and take a right. Go all the way to downtown Lawrenceville to Jackson St. on the right. Jackson St. turns into New Hope RD, and Tribble Mill park is about 7 miles on the right. Once you get to the park go through the entrance and go to the stop sign then turn right into Ozora Meadows. Follow the road all the way down to the bottom parking lot.

    might want to try posting on forums that are more mazda friendly such as atlantamx3.com | mx-3.com | mx6.com | clubprotege.com | rx7club | probetalk.com *lots of mazda guys on probe talk and you might want to invite the escort/tracer/probe guys since they are just ford shells on mazda suspension, drivetrain, engine*

    Also a time would be nice, Directions, information about whats going to go on *if its just meeting up and doing nothing or going for a run or what, cause late jan i dont feel like being by a body of water with it being in the 30s just to look at a few people's cars*

    if your going to plan a meet and want people to show, then details are a good idea in advance, meets fall through a lot because people just post up "Hey lets meet up" and have really no idea what there going to do other than that.

    Point taken:
    There will be NO food, NO bikini contests, NO drinks, NO music and NO entertainment whatsoever. Just some guys/girls that have nothing better to do on Sunday, but to be by the body of water in sub-freezing temperatures. Those of you who would rather attend the meet via internet having warm sofa under your bun, bunny type slippers on your feet and your Mazda in the warm garage are... @#$# I don't know what to say...



    As to the time, was thinking around 1:00 PM like last time, but 2:00 is ok.

    I don't have bunny slippers I have Snoopy Slippers And there are 2 mazdas @ my house but both of them have to deal with the cold

    This meet is turnning out to be a little bigger. The guys on the Mazda forum are talking about taking a collection of money to buy food and drinks and bringing Grills.

    I'm down as long as it aint as cold. Sorry about the last meet at TMP I set it up and didn't make it. But I had to get fam from the airport at 7 a.m and when I got back I fell out.LOL!!!!!
