    Thumbs up Silver Dollar Raceway Opening Back Up!!!!

    Just recieved an email from them saying:

    Opening Day at Silver Dollar Raceway:
    We will open at noon on Saturday, January 26, and run Test & Tune from 1-5 PM. This will be our schedule every Saturday through February 23.
    Our Friday night Street Legal Drags program will begin for the '08 season on February 29. The '08 schedule is posted now on the website. Those of you who are on our mailing list will be receiving your '08 schedule in the next couple of weeks.
    We have several new things in store for the new season, including Quarter Mile Bracket racing and Open Comp racing. Read all about it on the website. We hope there will be something for everyone with the addition of these programs.
    Prices remain the same as the '07 season. Spectator admission is $10; car and driver is $20.
    See you at The Dollar where you will always find EXCITEMENT. . . . a quarter mile at a time!

    So are the test and tune days better to run at then the "Friday Night Drags" or w.e I've been down for that but never to a test and tune day..

    well if i get my fuel pump/filter, belts, axle seals/retaining clip, hoses, etc... put on by then..... i may go up there saturday.

    Some friends and I are going to be going next weekend, Feb. 2nd, and I was wondering if anyone want to meet up and ride as a pack down there. It's so much more fun that way and if anyone don't know where it is they can concentrate on having fun instead of trying not to get lost.
