Are you still rockin your first EF and if not what happened to it and what number are you on now?
its a dumb thread but another thread made me think about it so humor me,
My first EF was a cherry black '91 crx dx. It had like 120k on it and a small dent on the front right fender, otherwise it was perfect. I ended up bending it around two large pines (about4 yrs. ago). Now i have my 3rd ef, a BEAT '91 si hatch that cost me about as much as the 'rex
Well, my first time, I was 14, and she was 13 and...oh...wait, shit, my EF? Oh...yeah, I'm driving my first one. About to be moving on to my second one because mother fuckers from other countries can't drive their god damned taxies for shit...
Made it home for 100$ on 2 cylinders with a d15b2 DPFI 4spd tranny. Rebuilt it at 181K miles. Car now has 283 (if I'm not mistaken...) and kicks ass on it's second motor. But I've still got the first...it's friggin' bulletproof...

1st EF, but 2nd car total. I had an auto gold 240sx. Had lots of dents, very ugly. Sold it for $1,300, bought the EF for $1,500 and then did the ZC swap about a year later when my dad totalled his EF that had the ZC in it, lol

I got my first EF at age 15. It was a light blue '88 DX auto. Body was decent, needed new paint, but doable. I never drove the car when it was stock, as soon as we got it home it went into the garage. I orginally wanted to buy a ZC swap, but we found a wrecked DA for $800. So the motor/tranny/suspension/brakes from the DA made it to the civic.
After about 3 to 4 months of driving went by. Me being 16 & with a car I believed was fast. I thought I could have been a racecar driver I was that good. I thought I was invincable. Well I ended up wraping it around a tree at about 80mph on Hwy 129. I don't have any recollections from the accident, but I broke my femur, a couple of ribs, my collar bone, endless amounts of stitchs, had scraps all over, along with sever head trauma(I was lifelighted from the scene). My girlfriend(now my wife) was also with me, she broke he femur also, along w/ her tibia, her arm, and fractured her vertabra. We are both extremely lucky to be alive.

i had a ef which was actually cornercarvers second ef well its a long story but as yall know i got sick of being 16 and my car never wanting to run right so i sold it for my gsr, i miss it, damn brad i forgot how crazy those pics were, i'm glad things turned out so well for you and julie

I'm on my 1st. I have a feeling it'll turn into a project car and I'll be getting something else as a DD...perhaps another EF, lol.
I'm on my 3rd rex
1st rex was a perfect black 1991 Si with 80k on it. It's life was cut short due to my stupidity. Street racing I had a blowout (front driverside), and lose control of the car causing it to flip and hit a wall.
2nd rex was a 1990 DX auto. That car was a lemon from the start. 2nd week I had it, the car jump timing and i broke every valve I could, so I replaced the engine. The next year, my temp gauge went out and the motor overheated. So bye-bye engine #2. Last I tried to convert it up to mpfi, but fucked the wiring. Then I took it to a shop in peachtree city and they fuck me over, causing me to lose a few hundred dollars, and they kept my car for 8 months until I broke into the shop and took my car out (the the shop was a chop shop). I also might add that this was a "show car" and DD, so that was a big mistake. I ended up getting it painted like 3 times a year due to punks fucking my car up at school.
My last rex, a 88 Si, has been the most fun and gave me the most pleasure so far, but it also gave me just as many problems as the second rex. I could write a fucking novel about this damn car, so I'll save ya the reading.

I've noticed that after certain folks look under the hood, it gets rather grouchy at stoplights trying to idle for the next few days.

I current own 3 EFs, one of them being my first one that i will keep until i die. ill probably be burried in it unless the wheels rust off. but ive had 4 efs total

I have one ef. It was my parents first car they bought without taking out a loan, and my first car. It's a std. $8k brand new who could complain? I'll keep it till I die.
